Food Storage Shopping

We all know that I like to save money when it comes to food shopping. Today I went food storage shopping. For the past few months I have been shopping just a little different then I usually do and I'm saving more money then ever. Which is nice because we can put that money somewhere else. I'm doing a program that is called Grocery Smarts it's free anyone can do it if you put your mind to it and you really want to save money. I think that it works for those that are on a budget and want to stalk up on food storage. If you want to learn more and how to get started go to the blog sheshopssmart.blogspot.com

These are the items that I bought today:

Spent: $48.82
Saved $121.66
And yes we do eat this food.
If you can't see very well I have
14 boxes of cereal big and small
6 boxes of nature valley granola bars
6 Ragu Pasta Sauce
18 yogurts
3 Beyer's Ice cream ( don't normally buy ice cream, but such a great deal)
3 Best Foods Mayonnaise 30 oz
Chex mix and fruit roll ups for snacks
Peaches, bananas
This is just one of the many grocery trips I have done in the past month. I don't have a picture to show you, but last week I spent $23.13 and save $86.00
It can work for any store in Utah. I have found that Albertson's does the best deals and savings right now.
